Easter colours to remind myself about forgiveness. I forgive myself for falling into some pretty negative self-talk in 2015. I choose to remember that I'm worthy today, and my body is a good body today, no matter where I am in my self-love journey. And I chose this @ rue107 spandex dress to celebrate my body (because spandex can be worn by the plus-size gals like myself and the straight size gals and basically anyone who wants to! This trip has been filled with so much fun and I have felt so inspired to be in my body and using this very body for fun and fitness and joy and laughter. I am so ready for the next chapter of my life ... finally. Letting go of whatever resistance and baggage I have been carrying around, harsh words and ill treatment towards my body, and remembering how wonderful it is to just accept myself now. Leading up to 30 I became disconnected with myself, my body, and some of the zest for life I had gained on my self-connection path, for numerous reasons due to some of life's hard times. I am beginning to reconnect with all the things that make me happy and I am so excited to share my self-love journey as it reaches new heights this year. I know I am ready for the next step and I am so excited to "dive in" or "flail in" with reckless abandon (just like I did on this crazy wake surfing journey this week). It's time. And it's time for YOU, reading this right now, who also may have been losing sight of your self-love and kindness, to do the same. You're worthy and loved, just as you are; today you deserve to do those things that make your heart happy and bring a smile to your face. #HonorMyCurves (I picked this song because the lyrics are so fitting to this journey ... We build our own houses everyday ... Let's build them to be strong from the inside out and never give up!)
